Lost Maples Scenic Nature Area
These photos were taken over multiple trips to Lost Maples Scenic Nature Area which is located just outside of Vanderpool, Texas. This relatively small state park is one of the best areas to view fall color in Texas. I've been told by park staff that the typical peak color period occurs each year over Veterans Day Weekend.
