Cape Disappointment State Park is a unique location on Washington's Pacific Coast.  Every winter, the combination of large "King" tides and extreme storms creates spectacular wave formations that provide hours of entertainment for photographers.  The images in this collection were taken after just such an event in November, 2024.  As an added bonus, on the last morning of the photoshoot we discovered both a River Otter and a Great Blue Heron in a nearby pond that were kind enough to "pose" for photographs.  I hope you enjoy viewing these images as much as I enjoyed taking them.
